Our Vanmay  Grain Processing Machines includes peeling machine and grits grinding machine. The peeling machine is mainly for removing corn seed skin, removing and separating corn germ, root, and black hilum. It is a preparation stage to get peeled clean corn kernel which is about half or less than half size corn seed, broken different sizes, then feed peeled kernel into grinding silo and start milling, crushing, and finally grade into even mesh sizes corn grits and corn flour with high output capacity performance.

1. Step I:
Corn peeling, it is a preparation stage to get peeled corn kernel which is half or less than half size corn seed, broken big maize sizes.4mm-6mm, the broken maize are in even size,round shape,no sharp edges,clean, no skin,no germ,no black hilum,golden color.These are the largest pieces of broken maize free of husk and germ. Main uses are Cornflakes or making porridge, Direct cooking and consumption (known as Samp in southern Africa)

Peeled clean corn kernel are milled into even mesh sizes small grits,corn flour(40mesh),grits/meal and flour separating,grits/meal without flour,golden color,look like millet,can be enter supermarket directly and very popular on the market with high quality.The applications of this grade ranges from ready-to-eat cereals to brewing adjuncts and from snacks raw material to foods dressers.Apart from food industry,it serves for bird,animals like pigs,horse,Goat,Cattle,Chick,Fish etc
